For decades, the Huron County Great Start Collaborative brought together community leaders, business owners, health and human service agencies, charitable and faith-based organizations, educators, and parents to build and sustain a comprehensive early childhood system. The county-wide network of support and services was dedicated to improving outcomes for young children and their families.
