HURON COUNTY PLAYGROUPS
Playgroups are a time for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to interact with other children while enjoying playtime with their parents or guardians.
Playgroups provide children with a variety of storybook-themed activities to participate in. During each session children will hear a story, have snack, and play. Playgroup is free for all children and there is no registration required, just show up and be ready to have fun. Children also get to keep the story book read at each playgroup for continued enjoyment and learning at home. Parents enjoy this time playing with their children and talking with other parents. Playgroup facilitators also offer additional information about community resources, family friendly events, and child development tips.
